hi myself Anshul , i hv a q. I m a fatty man n i m alcohelic n regular smoker. My prob. Is this that last 30 days i m suffring from snoring . Pls help me.

Some advice for you.
1. Drink less alcohol and stop smoking. Alcohol and smoking aggravate snoring.
2. Weight loss, do more exercise.
