Snoring Remedies – Stop Snoring with Natural Snoring Remedies

There are many snoring remedies, it is important that choose the one that is right for you. Some people do not like something in their nose or mouth when they sleep, some people can only use a pillow and the other is not comfortable with the drug. Snoring solutions are needed to address this issue. The sleeper may be unaware of it, they will move from deep sleep to lighter sleep and it’s not good.

Snoring is caused when the tongue, upper throat, palate and uvula vibrate against the tonsils and lymph. One of the reasons why a person snores is overweight. Other reasons are colds, allergy, drinking too much alcohol before bedtime or smoking.

Some people will stop snoring if they sleep on their side. If you sleep on your back, the tongue and palate fall back of the throat and block the airway.

Mint Gargle. Gargling mint before bed is effective if snoring is due to cold or an allergy. Add a drop of peppermint oil to a glass of cold water.

Collar. Using a collar like those used by people who have hurt their necks will lift the chin and keep your air passages opened.

Nettle tea. You can drink nettle tea as natural snoring remedy if your snoring is caused by allergies, vacuum and dust. You can also make nettle tea by putting a teaspoon of dried nettle leaves in a cup of boiling water. Cover and stand for 10 minutes. Strain and drink before bedtime.

Alcohol and sedative just to relax your muscles even more, therefore, you snore more. Of course, not all of snoring home remedies will work for you. Alcohol relaxes throat muscles leading to the deterioration of snoring and sleep apnea. If your snoring has gotten worse since you increased your alcohol intake – reduced. Alcohol when taken before going to sleep can interfere with your nervous system and help to relax all muscles, including your neck muscles. It can lead to blocked air passage, tend to snore due to extra pressure on inhalation.

Lose weight. Lose at least 10% of your body weight.

Quit smoking. Smoking is an extremely harmful habit. Leave cigarette not only benefit you to stop snoring but in all areas of your life.

Ruda herb and olive oil. Put 50 g of ruda herb in a dark bottle and cover with olive oil. Let macerate for 14 days. Massage the bridge of the nose, neck before bedtime.

The onion and sage tea prepared by boiling them in pieces and some leaves in a pot for about fifteen minutes, then wait until cool enough and drink it two hours before bedtime. If the source of snoring is by disease, you should see a doctor to stop snoring.
