15 Things to Get Good Sleep

Here are 15 things to do or not do to get sleep. We knew the practices for a good sleep and how to sleep quickly each time you want, and now 15 things to get good sleep.

  • Daily exercise, even walking.
  • No caffeine after 7 pm.
  • No activities that pique our alert an hour before bedtime, for example, analyzing an article.
  • The temperature of the room.
  • Having a dark room.
  • The bed is ordered.
  • If you cannot sleep, breathing slowly and deeply.
  • If you have an important activity the next day and your mind cannot help but think, write what you think on paper.
  • If you have cold feet, wear socks.
  • Drink something warm, such as a glass of warm milk.
  • Yawns.
  • Stretch your feet up and down several times.
  • Say to yourself: “I have to get up in a minute,” you might go the same as in the mornings.
  • If you still cannot sleep, take advantage of your insomnia to do something productive.
